Seeing the Special in the Mundane

Has anyone noticed anything really special lately as they were going about their daily routine?  For example, I was walking my dog yesterday, and there was the most beautiful grasshopper I’d ever seen sitting right in the middle of the sidewalk.  I really do not recall ever seeing a grasshopper like this EVER.  He looked like he could be a children’s storybook character.  He was enormous.  His body was tan and his long, slender legs had large charcoal-colored blotches.  He looked like the King of Grasshoppers — if there were ever such a thing.  Anyway, just wondering if anyone else ever notices little special things popping up in their daily routine that excite them and that they’d like to share today?
