As Woman’s Day points out, there are “8 Surprising Health Benefits of Love,” so as we prepare to celebrate Mother’s Day on May 12th followed by Father’s Day on June 16th, let’s take a minute and think about how we can make love shine through different aspects of our life.
When we wake up and look in the mirror, maybe we should consider thinking about how lucky we are that we have another opportunity to love . . .

the water we drink
the earth we walk on
the sun, the moon, and stars . . .
and start benefiting from the love that we carry around now
to boost our immune system,
benefit our mental state of well-being
