ImageSelf-care is so important, and yet so many of us tend to “put our needs on the back burner.”  The Mayo Clinic suggests that we sleep 7 hours every night and the Centers for Disease Control recommends both moderate cardiovascular exercise and muscle stengthening weekly.  If we integrate just these two self-care components into our hectic schedules, who knows, we may find that in doing so, we just saved our own life.
