Give Yourself Permission to Grieve

Grieving

Dodd’s Monuments Image of Grief

Give yourself permission to grieve.

Because just when you think you’ve “cried it all out”

A fragrance

A song

An image

Or touch

May trigger more tears

So let them be

Let them roll

And when those tears no longer scroll

Do your very best to carry on

Because your loved one

Would want you to live on.
